Tenzing MEMO is reserved for professional use. Since launch, we have granted access to professionals in a wide variety of roles, including investment management, banking/brokerage, financial advisory, consulting, sales, corporate strategy, development, investor relations, risk management, audit, transactional due diligence, and others. The fastest way to gain approval is to register with a valid work email address. We reserve the right to restrict access on a case-by-case basis.

MEMO provides real-time insights derived from licensed, publicly available information sources. Sources include: SEC filings, earnings calls, event transcripts, and investor decks, as well as bundled access to premium financial news, trading and market data, company fundamentals and financials, and other rich sources. Users can sync Tenzing with their own supplemental sources, either in the instance or via API. We currently provide full coverage on all public companies listed in the USA and Canada down to the micro-cap level. We also provide partial coverage on over 700 global companies listed via ADR. In time, we may expand coverage to select markets outside of North America.

Yes. Tenzing MEMO works great right off the shelf and there is no need to add additional insights to it. However, for those seeking to leverage their own sources, Tenzing easily integrates with firm-level research or knowledge management systems. Individual files/folders of PDF content can also be added by the user directly. Layering additional content into Tenzing creates an experience with the AI that is totally unique. Added content always remains fully sequestered in a 'private vault' with leading security protocols. Your content and actions never train Tenzing or inform other users.
