Suzano’s scale and cost structure provide resilience during industry downturns, as evidenced by its ability to maintain positive free cash flow and EBITDA margins above 40% even in weak pricing environments. However, cost advantages are partially shared with other Latin American producers, and global overcapacity or currency appreciation could erode margins.
