Its flagship real estate fund, BREIT, has delivered a 9.4% annualized net return since inception, nearly double the public REIT index.

Distribution reach is unmatched. Blackstone’s private wealth channel is the largest among alternatives managers, supported by a global network and deep relationships with financial advisors. Finally, Blackstone’s integrated platform and culture of performance and risk management allow it to cross-sell, retain talent, and adapt to market shifts more nimbly than peers. While competitors are narrowing the gap, Blackstone’s combination of scale, brand, and execution remains difficult to replicate.
