This end-to-end approach enables cross-selling and high customer stickiness; as of FY25, the average customer used 2.25 Agilysys products, up from 1.75 in FY21.

The company’s cloud-native platform is a differentiator, with 44% year-over-year subscription revenue growth in the latest quarter—outpacing most peers. Agilysys’ recurring revenue now accounts for 63% of total revenue, compared to Oracle Hospitality’s estimated 40–50%. Its modular architecture allows customers to adopt new features without disruptive migrations, a key factor in high retention among large casino and resort clients.
